Many of us decided to have a partner for a variety of reasons, most of which are valid and justified to perform at the time – for the birth and growth of the company. Few of us have the foresight to pause and consider the long-term impact of our decisions and choices – until it’s too late.
What is the ideal partner?
An ideal business partners must not only your vision and enthusiasm for the new company, but also add expertise in the areas where the lack of entrepreneurial skills or experience. An ideal business partner should be someone of legal and financial responsibility, which means have come to a common business. someone who understands and shares your vision, and someone on your “wavelength” when it comes to business decisions come in the future, but more importantly, is an ideal partner to agree with you.
The first thing you must ask yourself whether you really need a business partner? If the answer is a resounding yes, then you should carefully consider the following: a partner, you’re a stranger in your life and invite you to entrust to the next share details of your finances and your trust. They are the key to your company to this person. You are in a legally binding contract to deny the profound consequences for yourself, your business and your life.
Before you invite someone to join you as partners, the following questions:
o Do you like this person?
o Do you have the same vision about the ideas?
o Can you trust that person – that person is ethical, moral and honest?

o What are the skills, financial or other contributions, the person brings to the table?
o Can you imagine a long-term relationship with that person – you will always get in six months or six years?
